Gender Inequality essay

Women working full time earn a monthly salary of about $2,000 compared to about $3,000 earned by men. That's a difference of about $1,000  a month or about $7,000 a year. Even though it is the 21st century women are still not treated equally. Gender inequality is a very common problem and it should change.

This is some history of gender inequality. Women have made lots of improvements over time  in achieving equal pay with men. The Women’s Rights Movement was a huge motivation for this change in the 1970s. Unfortunately this stoped for a long time because women were not motivated to change this problem 1990s.

According to the statistics of the U.s. Department of Labor for every $1 a man makes a woman makes $0.81 For the same job. Also most top executives are men Only 5% of businesses are owned by women. Should we think, the difference in pay has nothing to do with gender inequality but instead, is the result of men having more experience than women.  These studies also claim women are not taking on extra hours like their male coworkers because they want to be with their families. For these reasons, could they be right.

Some reasons why people might not think women aren't treated differently. It may affect how well the world will react to the situation. It will affect the home because there is no one to help, there will be extra cost of day care or a babysitter.

So overall women are not treated equally in so many eyes they can see what i see of this world. I suggest to look at the world like I do if you don’t think the way i do.

Lightened

Sometimes all you need is light

Sometimes you think you're the only one in the darkness

But you’re NOT

Everybody has their darkness

they may look their happiest

that does not mean that they don't have theirs

You just need to ignite a spark

lighten your world

Don't put everything in the darkness

It’s frightening

In a cocoon of blankets it is comforting

but just BREATHE

They will bring you down

I will not let myself be beaten

Nor will i just stand there

and LOOK

I’m putting my best foot forward

I will not be the bad guy

and i will adjust my light.

Dan Howell essay

“Hello internet” was the first we heard of Daniel James  Howell. If you're not familiar with this name you’ve came to the right place. Dan Howell is a youtube star with over 5.5 million subscribers. He is famous for his comedic skits and  his talk show on bbc radio 1 with Phil Lester his youtube best friend. In this essay you’ll learn about the early life, beginning of career, and his accomplishments. And I will leave you to read about the adventures of Dan Howell.

Dan Howell was born june 11th, 1991 in wokingham, new england with a smile. Dan grew up very happy and full of joy but once he started school he noticed he didn’t really get along with other children. In primary school/high school Dan was bullied. he was always a target even if he didn’t do anything. Still till this day Dan struggles with depression and he hasn’t really talk about it much. Dan loved youtube for a while and always want to start a youtube channel. He was convinced by his friend Phil Lester to finally start a channel and that's how we have the channel we know or don’t as Danisnotonfire.

In the beginning of his channel Dan didn’t really know how to record youtube videos. Like most youtubers he became very good in front of the camera. Dan is very awkward in public or on videos. Dan  progressed very quickly and he’s channel grew. He then got asked to be on bbc radio for a christmas podcast with his friend phil. In 2013 Dan and Phil got asked to do a show every sunday evening and with a some consideration they accepted the job. A lot of hard work and effort went into his videos now leading up to him having over 5.5 million subscribers.

Over all this essay you’ve learned about the early life and beginning of career. I hope you can now be interested in Dan Howell.
