Battle of the Labyrinth
Greek gods? Ancient monsters? The LABYRINTH? Wow! Totally overpowered
here!
alright. I think I should start at the beginning. My awesome book,
Battle of the Labyrinth, is about a guy named Percy Jackson. He's pretty much what
you would call a Demi-God.
I thought that this was kinda weird when I first read it, but a demi-god is half
Greek god, half mortal. Greek gods... Yeah. Percys' dad is Poseidon.
My book starts off like this: "The last thing I wanted to do on my summer break
was blow up another school..." So pretty much, Percy gets kicked out of every
school he goes to. He either gets attacked by Greek monsters, or gets attacked
by greek monsters.
That's his life. Running from (or fighting) these creatures. The only safe place
he knows is at camp Half-Blood. It is here that he found one of his best friends,
Annabeth.
Annabeth is a daughter of Athena. She has blond hair, stormy grey eyes,
and is SMART! I must admit I am totally jealous.
After "blowing up" The school, he arrives at camp Half-blood. YAY!
I mean... He's with other half-bloods, so whats not to be happy about?
Percy & Annabeth stumble across a hidden entrance to the Labyrinth
during some war games, and a quest is called to look for deadalus' workshop,
which lies in the center of the deadly, ever changing maze.
During their travels, (They got lost quite a few times) they escaped
Geryons horrible ranch, fought monsters, found Hesphustus' lair, and had
plenty more exiting adventures.
What I really like about this book is that it always keeps me in suspense,
Its packed with exciting adventures, and is very creative.
I strongly suggest you...
READ THIS BOOK!
