Henry Ford By:Mayan

Page history last edited by mayan 8 years ago

On July 30th, 1863 Henry Ford was born. He was born at Greenfield Township, Michigan, but mostly grew up in Dearborn Michigan. His parents’ names were William Ford and Mary Ford. Henry Ford was educated at the Detroit Business Institute (which is a medical school). He grew up with two parents that mostly farmed a lot, but became a machinist in Detroit.

The man who influenced Henry Ford to become who he was, was Thomas Edison. He later became close friends with him, also worded for Thomas Edison. Henry Ford became famous for making the first person to an assembly line back in June 4th 1896 at the age of 32. A lesson that Ford had learned from building his first automobile was that if you fail at something you can keep trying, and he kept trying when he built his first automobile company failed.

Basically what Henry Ford did was that he created the first assembly line June 4th 1896 it became a world-wide thing.  It became an amazing accomplishment for Ford. He had his own family, and took care of them well, and was also a major accomplishment. He had 1 child named Edsel Ford, and a wife named Clara Ala Bryant.

Henry Ford changed the whole United States America. And basically the whole world. If wasn’t for Henry Ford we wouldn’t have any automobile to travel anywhere, or travel anywhere around sea. Like driving to the store to buy food, or going cruise ship on sea.

Some personal traits that Henry Ford had was never giving up. It was a famous personal trait for him. When he first made his car company, he failed when he had his first company than he made another one, and he succeeded. This makes people look up to him because he never gave up on the things he did, and when he failed he kept on trying.
