We are the TROJANS

The bell rings as you run to class,
Get out your homework and study in a flash
For the big test in the class that you start,
Splashes of blue and white color flow over paintings in art.
Meanwhile in band instruments play a victorious tune,
The music flows through the school just like a monsoon.
Students in the hallway stand up for what's right,
People of different backgrounds and ages unite.
In various classes new friendships are made,
After school a number of Trojan sports are played.
On jerseys, signs, posters and walls, a logo stands that is known to all.
The three r's are key and just like in Wonder,
If you are kind to others kindness will spread like thunder.
It's not just things that make this school special,
It's the students that strive to reach their full potential.
Even when the day is over our work isn't done,
We are East Lansing Trojans and we are one.
