Hawaii is a really good place to visit, Hawaii has 6six main islands. Kauai, Oahu, Lanai, Maui and Big Island. Hawaii actually has over 100 islands. It has beautiful sunsets. I would like to water ski and surf for my first time there. They have expensive but pretty hotels, and it has so many oceans and pools there. They have spas, you can go canoeing, stores, casinos, and museums. But I heard that Hawaii’s lakes look very clean and the water is warm, and that it is really hot there.

South Dakota state historian Doane Robinson conceived the idea in 1923 to attract more people to the Black Hills of South Dakota with colossal carvings of western heroes.After trying to get another sculptor to do the work, Robinson contacted Gutzon Borglum. Borglum, who agreed to come out to the Black Hills in 1924 to look at the area and see if the carving was possible. On October 4, 1927 the first actual work of carving began.
