Dreams

WHAT are dreams? In the following paragraphs PEOPLE will learn WHAT THEY ARE. Dreams are very unique, they are a result of our brains trying to interpret external stimuli during sleep.

There are many stages of sleep. The 1st stage of sleep is a very light sleep. The 2nd stage of sleep is a slightly deeper sleep. The 3rd stage of sleep is the deepest sleep you’ll get when you sleep. The 4th and last stage of sleep is when you eyes are moving as rapid as possible.

Dreams are so forgetful because you are in a different-conscious-state of mind than when you are dreaming. Almost everything is a dream created by a noticeable source of light, which set up layers through which souls practice all together. People can imagine psychoanalytic therapy in terms of the image rebuilding of such ancient archeological sites as the roman forum and Delphi.

The most famous psychologist was Sigmund Freud and he said dreams are in fact reflections in our deepest desires. What do dreams mean?  Dreams are unique and from people’s own perspective so they decide what they mean!

A nightmare is a terrifying or unpleasant dream. A terrifying or very unpleasant experience or dream.  A nightmare is usually scary. A NIGHTMARE IS LIKE A SOUR CANDY. Dreams are very sweet. A dream is like ice cream w/ sugar on top.

There are different dream categories. The first is anxiety.  Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. The next is creativity. Creativity is the use of imagination.  The next 2 are color vs. black and white dreams and episode dreams. These are just some of the dream categories.

To sum up, there are 4 stages of dreams. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. There are different dream categories. Anxiety, episodic, white, black, color, and creativity. There are differences between dreams and nightmares. Nightmares are scary and dreams are sweet. This is what dreams are! I hope you liked it.
