Are you ready to be taken out of your boring life and into the make-believe world of Narnia?
Our tale begins in the city of Calormene where a boy named Shasta who lives with a horrible man supposed to
his father. One night he overhears his father talking to a great man about selling him as a slave. When he hears this he makes a run for it ( as C.S. Lewis says to the reader "how would you feel if your parents were talking about selling you to an absolute stranger?")
While he's running away he meets a talking horse named Bree (he had a really long name but we ALL forgot it you know you did too.) So they keep going while Bree teaches the ways of the saddle to Shasta.
While they are on their journey they meet a girl who's rich but isn't a huge jerk and is trying to get away from a rich prince snob who only wants to marry her to rule her land( pretty mean, huh?) Anyway she has a talking horse too (and no, they don't get married)
Soon, Shasta comes across a wicked situation, and is mistaken for Prince Corin, A high life rich boy. Even prince Edmund, Peter, and Susen fall for this. When the real prince Corin comes, Shasta and him part quietly, but they do meet again and settle their differences.
Meanwhile, Arvis meets an old gossiping rich girl and WON'T STOP TALKING until real trouble stirs when they learn that the evil prince really is evil and is trying to convince his father to help get rid of Narnia once and for all, and talk dirty about Aslan which in my opinion made me really made because Aslans like an animal version of Dumbledore.
Meanwhile, Shasta's annoyed and than finally finds them while being scared by a lion (a.k.a Aslan)
who than reveals himself as blank blank
than there's this huge battle between Radabashes army and king Lune's army and than Arvis and the horses meet a hermit who houses them while Shastas at battle. and thats about it.
I'd recommend this to People who like Harry Potter, Eragon, Lord of the Rings and anything else fantasy
