Of all of the story's and papers that I've written, I would have to say that the research papers are my favorite. Especially the O.Henry paper. I thought that we had enough time, and we spent enough time on it that when I wrote it, I actually knew what I was talking about. I thought that with the poems as well, but one assignment that I was kind of confused on what the Myth. I didn't feel as I had enough information on what we were supposed to be doing, and the format of how we were supposed to write it.
I thought that using the wiki was okay, but I thought that it took more time overall to type all of my stories again on the wiki rather than just turn them in. I did enjoy looking at every ones essays, poems, etc. because it made me feel more familiar with everyone else in Mr.Kabodian's classes. It also makes sure that I'm a lot more organized, and that I'm top of all of my papers. It's a good tool, and it enables me to show my parents my papers easily from home. Overall all, I would use it again, but I still feel that it takes too much time.
I thought that the writing processes this year were effective and worked well in the end. They helped me make sure that my papers were in, but it did leave me a bit confused. I sometimes did not know when to turn things in, but that was perhaps because I didn't read over my assignments close enough. I did like how you gave us guidelines for our papers, and how forward you were with us. In the end, I think that it was a good way to show us how to properly write our papers.
Social Studies and French have really helped me with organization because of the strict guidelines, dates, and documents that they gave us. They both let me know what to be prepared for every day, and how to study. Math has also helped me with this because of the binder requirement, and how she checks it regularly to make sure that we have kept it organized. I struggled with my organization a bit in science, but I know have made sure that everything is turned in on time.
